The Lifestyle Practice at Adfactors PR works at the intersection of culture, consumer brands and media conversations. This role is for a PR professional with hands-on lifestyle PR experience, a strong media sensibility, and the ability to shape stories that feel relevant, timely and desirable.

You will work closely with lifestyle brands to build visibility, credibility and long-term media relationships through earned storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for lifestyle brands across consumer-focused categories
• Build and sustain strong relationships with lifestyle, culture and consumer media , editors and journalists
• Create compelling press releases, pitches, media notes and brand narratives aligned with brand tone and audience expectations
• Identify cultural trends, seasonal hooks and news moments to drive earned media opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across platforms
• Support brand launches, campaigns and lifestyle-led initiatives from a PR lens
• Track media coverage, prepare reports and evaluate campaign impact to refine strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field from a reputed B-school
• 3-5 years of experience in Lifestyle PR (Executive / Associate / Senior Executive level)
• Strong understanding of consumer storytelling, lifestyle media and cultural trends
• Proven ability to secure coverage in top-tier lifestyle and consumer publications
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of narrative and tone
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple brands and timelines
• Familiarity with PR tools and media databases is a plus
