Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive (AE) to join our high-growth sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycleprospecting, demoing, negotiating, and closing deals with SMB and mid-market prospects. Youll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by helping potential customers understand how Klenty can optimize and scale their outbound sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close for inbound and outbound leads.
  • Conduct high-quality product demos to showcase Klentys value and ROI.
  • Understand customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions using Klentys platform.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM best practices.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, sales engineers, customer success, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly sales and maintain updated records of activities and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in sales engagement.


Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in a similar AE or closing role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales engagement/outbound sales landscape.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and map them to product capabilities.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
