Account Executive

We are seeking adetail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executiveto manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting acrossmultiple company accounts using Xero. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managebookkeeping and financial recordsfor multiple entities
• Preparemonthly reports and account reconciliations
• Maintain and process financial transactions inXero
• Supportaccounts payable and receivableprocesses
• Assist withadministrative coordination and financial reporting

Requirements

• 24 yearsof bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Knowledge or exposure to Indian and New Zealand accounting standards
• Strong working knowledge ofXero
• Experience handlingmultiple company accountspreferred
• GoodEnglish communication skillsand proficiency inExcel

Expected Salary:25,000 30,000 per month (based on experience)
