Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to assist with processing invoices, settling credit cards, and ensuring proper invoice coding. You will collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounts payable issues, communicate with vendors, prepare payment batches, support month-end closing tasks, and maintain accounts reports.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate posting of journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and depreciation
• Monthly General Ledger review and reconciliations
• Maintain Chart of Accounts in compliance with US GAAP
• Timely month-end and year-end close
• Knowledge of Vendor Payables and payment application
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Credit card and loan account reconciliations
• Support for Sales Tax filings
• Preparation of monthly financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet)
• Provide audit schedules, confirmations, and related support

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce
• CA Intern (Article ship completed) will be preferred
• Strong interest in finance and accounts payable functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis is a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and independently when required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
