What You Will Do?


Our Mid-Market Sales Executives are responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, closing,

and strategically managing opportunities for GEP SMART, our unified source-to-pay

procurement software, within designated target markets. This will involve prospecting,

qualifying, selling, and closing solution opportunities for new and existing GEP customers. You

will establish and manage executive relationships and maximize penetration of GEP products

to these accounts, contributing significantly to our ambition to grow GEP as the emerging

solution provider of choice in this market.


What Should You Bring?


8+ years of experience in managing complex lead gen. to close sales cycles with a

focus on acquisition of new customers (Hunter role)

At least 5 years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions.

Experience in understanding customer needs, creating tailored pitches and solutions

that are focused on the specific needs of the customer.

In addition to being an expert storyteller, you should also have a strong

understanding of building relationships with senior managers and executives.

Experience engaging multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle, including

Legal, IT, Security, Finance, and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:


Overachieve sales quota as an Individual Contributor managing a cluster of Mid

Market growth accounts in the North America region.

Build strong relationships with CXO / decision makers / senior Management to

position GEPs value proposition & drive deals to closure.

Ability to identify new business opportunities and acquire new logos

Leading presentations with the customers, including persuasion and negotiation

skills.

Partner with Inside Sales, Solution Design, IT, Legal & Finance, Marketing, and

Support to close deals, drive revenue, and adoption

Establish and maintain key account relationships to develop and implement

strategies to acquire new logos.

Expertise in managing complex sales cycles.

Ability to identify enterprise client pain points and develop unique and compelling

value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client.

Assertive, Passionate, Consultative, loves to compete and win

Should be excellent communicator & strong presentation skills to articulate GEPs

Offerings in the international market


Good to Have:


Experience in selling eProcurement or ERP/Supply Chain Solutions, Sourcing or

Contract Lifecycle Management, Procure to Pay (P2P), Spend Management or Source

to Pay Solutions (S2P), Finance & Accounting Solutions etc.

And/Or Experience in selling SaaS Applications.
