Envertiz Consultancy is hiring an Accounts Executive for one of our reputed partners in India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating with retail clients (primarily in the US market), preparing detailed MIS reports, analyzing operational data, and ensuring smooth backend process management while maintaining high standards of communication and client satisfaction.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coordination & Communication (Major Responsibility):
• Serve as the primary point of contact for retail clients, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with US-based clients (mandatory requirement).
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain strong professional relationships to enhance client satisfaction.

Operations & Process Management:

• Identify inefficiencies in backend processes and recommend improvements.
• Implement best practices to streamline operations.
• Ensure accuracy in data handling and reporting through detailed analytical review.

Reporting & MIS:

• Prepare reports, MIS, and data visualizations.
• Analyze data trends to support operational decision-making.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 814 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 34 years of experience in an operations management role with a proven track record.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Minimum 4 years Required).
• Experience in Client Communication (Minimum 1 year Required).
• Experience using Shopify or similar tools (Minimum 1 year Required).
• Prior experience communicating with US clients (Mandatory).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and deep-dive evaluation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and data visualization.
