High-ownership outbound sales role driving US enterprise growth for an AI-powered InsurTech platform
Were looking for an Account Executive (US Market) to drive new business acquisition and outbound sales for a Y Combinatorbacked SaaS company building Generative AI solutions for insurance underwriting.
Youll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and demos to closing deals with enterprise and mid-market insurance carriers in the US.
This is a foundational sales role offering ownership, impact, and the opportunity to build a scalable US GTM motion in the fast-evolving AI x Insurance space.

- Build and manage a US outbound pipeline targeting enterprise and mid-market insurance carriers.
- Run personalized outreach campaigns to decision-makers (Underwriting Heads, CIOs, CROs).
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to product demos, proposals, and contracting.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to refine pitch narratives and value messaging.
- Achieve and sustain $400K+ annual run rate toward quota.
- Drive consistent outbound deal flow with focus on $50K$100K ACV contracts.
- Establish repeatable outbound frameworks and strengthen pipeline velocity metrics.
- Represent the company in virtual and in-person US InsurTech events to expand visibility and network.
- Quota Attainment: $400K annualized run rate
- Pipeline Growth: Consistent 3 coverage
- Win Rate & Deal Velocity: Month-on-month improvement
- Demo-to-Close Ratio: 25 %
- ARR Closed: Contribution toward $500K+ annual target
- Experience: 48 years in B2B SaaS Sales, preferably handling US market or global enterprise accounts.
Core Skills (Must-Have):
- Proven outbound prospecting and full-cycle closing experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes and negotiation cycles.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and objection-handling skills with executive stakeholders.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience in Insurance / Underwriting / Risk / Financial Services domains.
- Exposure to AI / ML SaaS platforms or related technologies.
- Hands-on with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
