Role Overview :

The Account Executive will support the Finance & Accounts function by maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and assisting in financial reporting. The role involves managing general ledger activities, GST/TDS compliance, vendor payments, reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end closures. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Indian accounting standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Handle general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare MIS reports and support financial statement preparation.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments/collections.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow and manage routine banking transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation and support process improvements.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com / M. Com).
• 14 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Knowledge of Ind-AS , GST, TDS, and Indian statutory requirements.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or Oracle.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
