Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive Founders Office.

Location: Andheri East - Mumbai

The Role (CEO Bootcamp) This is not a typical corporate job where you are a small cog in a big wheel. You will work directly with the Founder. You will see how a million-dollar company is built from the ground up.

You will wear two hats: Strategy (30%) and Execution (70%). 1. Revenue Growth (The Execution):

  • Manage the inbound deal flow from US markets.
  • Conduct high-impact discovery calls with global HR leaders.
  • Own the full sales cycle for Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs) from demo to closing.
  • Skill Acquired: High-ticket negotiation & US-market sales psychology.


2. Market Expansion (The Strategy):

  • Analyse inbound data to identify new Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Work with the Founder to refine the pricing strategy and sales deck.
  • Assist in building partnerships with global ATS platforms.
  • Skill Acquired: Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy & Product-Market Fit analysis.

  • Excellent Communication: You will be speaking to VPs in the US. Your English must be flawless and confident.
