Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at Finominal Advisors . The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, compliance regulations, and be proficient in bookkeeping. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly/annual closing.
• Perform data entry and manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Support in audit preparation and respond to audit queries.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, reports, and maintaining records.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, compliance, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage time efficiently.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
