Job Description
Role Overview
Own the full enterprise sales cycle, driving new and renewal revenue through consultative, value-led selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales including prospecting, C-suite discussions, negotiations, and closures
- Recommend solutions based on customer business needs and usage patterns
- Handle inbound customer queries and coordinate with billing, legal, security, and technical teams
- Partner with Account, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive adoption and growth
- Act as the voice of the customer to support continuous product improvement
- Report to the Head of Enterprise Sales
How Youll Succeed
- Build and close a strong enterprise pipeline by selling on ROI and business impact
- Build trust with senior stakeholders and influence buying decisions
- Identify customer pain points and map them to solutions across industries
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver long-term customer value
Requirements
- 37 years of experience closing large SaaS deals (>$100K ARR)
- 12 years of recent SaaS sales experience in the North American market
- Experience engaging Legal, IT, Security, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and C-suite communication skills
- Experience with Customer Experience platforms preferred
- Collections domain experience is a plus
