Job Description

Role Overview

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, driving new and renewal revenue through consultative, value-led selling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales including prospecting, C-suite discussions, negotiations, and closures
  • Recommend solutions based on customer business needs and usage patterns
  • Handle inbound customer queries and coordinate with billing, legal, security, and technical teams
  • Partner with Account, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive adoption and growth
  • Act as the voice of the customer to support continuous product improvement
  • Report to the Head of Enterprise Sales


How Youll Succeed

  • Build and close a strong enterprise pipeline by selling on ROI and business impact
  • Build trust with senior stakeholders and influence buying decisions
  • Identify customer pain points and map them to solutions across industries
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver long-term customer value


Requirements

  • 37 years of experience closing large SaaS deals (>$100K ARR)
  • 12 years of recent SaaS sales experience in the North American market
  • Experience engaging Legal, IT, Security, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and C-suite communication skills
  • Experience with Customer Experience platforms preferred
  • Collections domain experience is a plus
