Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager Accounts

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager Accounts to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in accounting operations, especially in Tally and day-to-day financial transactions, including imports and banking.

About the Role

The Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager Accounts will be responsible for managing various accounting functions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or similar accounting software
• Manage purchase bookings, vendor bills, and related reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate bank transactions, including Letter of Credit (LC) opening and follow-up
• Handle import documentation, customs-related entries, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Support internal and statutory audits with proper documentation
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and assist in month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with vendors, banks, and other stakeholders
• Maintain and organize financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting or related field
• 4 to 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting

Required Skills

• Strong command over Tally and other accounting tools
• Preferred knowledge of Customs, Import regulations, and related procedures
• Familiarity with LC opening, banking norms, and documentation
• Attention to detail, with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading company is an added advantage
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
