Account Executive

Job Summary

Ambuja Neotia is inviting applications for the role of Executive Accounts . The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, and timely reporting. The role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, along with hands-on experience in TDS returns, GST , and related statutory processes.

Proficiency in SAP ERP is essential for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• SAP ERP Operations: Posting of accounting entries, vendor/customer management, and reconciliation through SAP.
• Payment & Collection Entries: Processing and recording vendor payments, employee reimbursements, customer receipts, and reconciling bank transactions.
• Taxation (TDS & GST): Preparation and filing of TDS returns, GST working, reconciliation, and support in return filing. Ensuring statutory compliance and documentation
• Balance Sheet Support: Assisting in the preparation and finalization of balance sheet schedules, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing activities.
• Audit Support: Coordinating and preparing documentation for Tax Audit and Statutory Audit , resolving queries, and ensuring timely closure.
