Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare daily billing in accordance with pre-defined norms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Thoroughly review all remittances, Bills, Transcriptions or any financial aid and conduct meticulous checks, and accurately entering relevant information into the system or database.
- Document financial transactions by precisely entering account information, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Substantiate financial transactions by conducting thorough audits of supporting documents, ensuring compliance with established policies and regulations.
- Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities, providing assistance, and addressing inquiries to ensure smooth workflow and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the security of financial information by diligently completing database backups, maintaining data integrity, and preventing unauthorized access.
- Maintain comprehensive reports related to compliances, keeping records up-to-date and readily accessible for internal and external audit purposes.
- Uphold employees confidence and safeguard operations by treating financial information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Present financial data to managers, conduct thorough analysis, identify areas for improvement, and proactively implement enhancements to existing processes.
- Demonstrate proactive engagement and a voluntary approach by actively participating in real-time work, events, or additional tasks that contribute to positive outcomes and the overall success of the organization.
