What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.


A Account Executive is responsible for setting up campaigns on time, ensuring smooth execution, sharing performance reports, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

As a key player within our ad operations team, youll focus on building strong relationships with key brands in your category by promoting the full suite of Noons brand solutions. Youll oversee campaign management for top clients, from onboarding to continuous consulting, while making sure client goals are met.

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign setup and execution to ensure high-quality performance and client satisfaction.
  • Share timely, insightful reports with clients to demonstrate campaign results and areas of opportunity.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives, positioning Noons brand solutions to support client objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key brands in your category to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Actively manage ad portfolios for top clients, guiding them through onboarding, strategy consulting, and achieving campaign goals.
  • Analyze metrics and performance data to drive recommendations and improve the client experience on Noon.
  • Maintain a metric-driven approach, constantly evaluating analytics to enhance client results and overall experience.


What you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in campaign management, account management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities successfully.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking skills to navigate complex issues and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient analytical and financial modeling skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to connect across teams and with clients at all levels.
  • A bias for action and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment.
