Account Executive

Experience: 3+ years

Qualification: CA Inter (Must)

Location: Chennai/Coimbatore

Work Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Handle endtoend billing and invoicing with accuracy.
• Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for payment followups and issue resolution.
• Maintain financial records and support audit and monthend closing.
• Work on accounting tools/ERP systems (Tally/SAP/Zoho, etc.).

Required Skills

• CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
• 3+ years experience in billing, accounting, or finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals, GST, TDS, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel & accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
