Role Overview

Were looking for a passionate Account Executive who can prospect, build their own pipeline, run high-impact discovery, handle objections with confidence, and close business efficiently. This role is for someone who thrives in a high-stake sales environment, takes ownership of revenue, and wants to sell a high-demand AI marketing solution.


Key responsibilities:

Prospect, research, and qualify inbound and outbound leads

Conduct discovery calls to understand marketing needs and pain points

Deliver compelling product demos and solution presentations

Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools

Handle objections confidently and position value effectively

Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing and contract terms

Close new business and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Coordinate smooth handoff to onboarding and client success teams

Report on activity, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy


Required qualification

25+ years in a sales or AE role (SaaS, digital marketing, or B2B services preferred)

2+ years in sales/AE role in North America market

Proven track record of selling $250k to $500k annually in the North America market

Experience prospecting your own leads, not only receiving them

Strong communication and presentation abilities

Startup experience is a plus

Motivated by targets, performance metrics, and commissions

Entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, resourceful, self-driven


Nice to Have

Experience selling to SMBs, startups, or marketing leaders

Understanding of SEO, content marketing, or demand generation

Prior experience in a fast-growing or early-stage environment

Monthly and quarterly revenue closed

Number of qualified meetings booked

Pipeline value and velocity

Demo-to-close conversion rate

CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy
