Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Director Telco Partnerships & Hyperscalers. The role involves developing and managing strategic partnerships with telecom operators and Hyperscalers. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, creating and executing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service excellence. The Account Director will be accountable for nurturing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities to expand market presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage partnerships with national and international telcos, Hyperscalers, ISPs, and carrier-neutral facilities
  • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for telco engagement aligned with the data center and cable landing station footprint
  • Drive carrier interconnects, wholesale data business, NNI agreements, and peering relationships at facilities
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and operations teams to support deployment of telco networks within campuses
  • Identify and close commercial agreements with the large Hyperscalers
  • Represent the organization at industry forums and telco/carrier events to position the platform as a preferred partner for telecom infrastructure
  • Track market trends and regulatory developments in the telecom space


Required Qualifications

Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, especially with telecom operators and Hyperscalers

Previous experience in Telecom wholesale data business required

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Proficiency in creating and executing go-to-market strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities

Relevant experience in digital infrastructure, data centres, or related industries

Bachelors degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
