Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving client relationships, leading integrated campaigns, and ensuring seamless collaboration between strategy, creative, and digital teams. The ideal candidate brings strong agency experience, strategic thinking, and digital-first understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage key client relationships and act as the primary point of contact

Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective campaign strategies

Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, and brand communication

Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver high-impact work

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple accounts

Identify opportunities for business growth and new initiatives

Present campaign strategies, ideas, and results to senior client stakeholders

What Were Looking For

Strong advertising/creative agency background

Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and integrated campaigns

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills

Experience Range

Associate Account Director: 24 years

Account Director: 58 years

Director Digital: 5-8 years with strong digital and team leadership experience
