architect- and designer-led projects across residential, hospitality, and commercial

spaces. Our work involves custom lighting solutions, client coordination, and detailed

execution with production teams.

The Account Design Partner (ADP) role is a core execution and coordination

position, ensuring client intent, design clarity, and electrical feasibility are delivered

exactly as approved.

Track A Fresher / Junior ADP (02 years)

Execution support

Requirement documentation

Coordination and follow-ups

Learning client and production workflows

Track B Experienced ADP (35 years)

Independently manage assigned accounts

Lead client coordination on smaller projects

Own design / electrical clarity end-to-end

Mentor junior ADPs

Job Description

Role Summary

As an Account Design Partner (ADP), you will act as the bridge between clients,

sales, design, electrical, and production teams for bespoke lighting projects.

This role is suitable for design graduates or electrical engineers, from freshers to

experienced professionals, who enjoy client interaction, coordination, and execution

ownership.

You will ensure what is committed to the client is clearly understood, correctly

designed, and accurately manufactured.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interface & Requirement Clarity

Participate in client, architect, and designer interactions

Understand drawings, specifications, and electrical requirements

Translate requirements into clear internal briefs

Ensure no ambiguity between client intent and execution

2. Design, Electrical & Quotation Support

Support design and electrical inputs required for quotations

Coordinate with CAD, design, and electrical teams for drawings

Track and manage design and technical approvals

Support quote submission with clarity and completeness

3. Production & Execution Coordination

Coordinate with production teams after approvals

Ensure clarity on:

o materials

o finishes

o dimensions

o electrical specifications

Support inspection and approval of manufactured products

Flag deviations proactively

4. Internal Coordination & Documentation

Act as coordination point between:

o Sales

o Design

o Electrical

o Production

Maintain documentation of:

o drawings

o approvals

o revisions

o client communications

Support smooth handover through production and dispatch

What This Role Is NOT

Not a pure creative design role

Not a CAD-only or site electrician role

Not a sales or closing role

This is a coordination + accountability role.
