Your RoleSales:Build customer relations and maintain regular connectWill require in-person visit to the customer office at least twice a weekDevelop understanding of their inflight and pipeline ProjectsExplore and conduct roadshows to showcase Capgemini capabilitiesIdentify opportunities in advance to the customer raising an RFPCollaborate with Capgemini Pre-Sales, Solutions, Finance, Legal to convert opportunity into firm businessCreate SOWs, IVsPresent the contracts to the Deal Review team and seek approvalsCreate and maintain healthy business pipeline opportunitiesCommercialsOwn joint accountability of P&L along with rest of account leadershipDeliveryWork with Delivery team to minimize revenue loss from businessRepresent the account in M-ReviewsManage Customer escalationsKey KPIs of the Role:Work to achieving set Sales TargetsMonthly, Quarterly and Annual booking rateSale conversion rateDSO and Revenue bookingYour ProfileThey will have 17-23 years of experience in Delivery Led Sales Function with a strong project track record and demonstratedP&L contribution to sales. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.Building the new foundations of the offer, strengthening the value proposition and articulating the unique business valueSupporting the continuous improvement of the offerDeveloping a set of go-to-market assetsEnsuring sales and delivery readiness; evangelize and train business developers and account executives on Digital Manufacturing and key offersWorking as deal coach for the bid teams to secure the win of large and/or strategic deals.Exposure to large-scale customer platforms deals/engagements with multinational clients in the market; leadConversations with clients’ CxOs/VPs of Digital Manufacturing regarding platforms architecture and technologyWhat you’ll love about working hereChoosing Capgemini means having the opportunity to make a difference, whether for the world’s leading businesses or for society.
