We are currently looking out for Accessibility Tester with IAAP Certification.

Notice period - Immediate to 15 Days.
We are looking for an experienced Accessibility Tester with IAAP certification (CPACC / WAS / CPWA) who can spearhead accessibility initiatives across our digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, ADA, ARIA standards across web and mobile platforms.
- Manage manual & automated accessibility testing using tools such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse , etc.
- Provide detailed remediation guidance to developers, designers, and product teams.
- Prepare and deliver Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR/VPAT) for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of hands-on experience in accessibility testing.
- Strong command of WCAG, Section 508, ADA, ARIA guidelines and accessibility best practices.
- Practical expertise with assistive technologies: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Dragon, ZoomText .
- Proficiency using automated tools like Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Accessibility Insights .
- Experience in preparing VPATs / ACRs .
- Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Mandatory IAAP Certification: CPACC / WAS / CPWA .
Nice to Have
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with accessibility integrated into CI/CD pipelines .
- Knowledge of multimedia accessibility requirements (captions, transcripts, audio descriptions).
