Experience - 3 to 5 Years

Notice period - Immediate to 15 Days.

We are looking for an experienced Accessibility Tester with IAAP certification (CPACC / WAS / CPWA) who can spearhead accessibility initiatives across our digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, ADA, ARIA standards across web and mobile platforms.
• Manage manual & automated accessibility testing using tools such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse , etc.
• Provide detailed remediation guidance to developers, designers, and product teams.
• Prepare and deliver Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR/VPAT) for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of hands-on experience in accessibility testing.
• Strong command of WCAG, Section 508, ADA, ARIA guidelines and accessibility best practices.
• Practical expertise with assistive technologies: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Dragon, ZoomText .
• Proficiency using automated tools like Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Accessibility Insights .
• Experience in preparing VPATs / ACRs .
• Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Mandatory IAAP Certification: CPACC / WAS / CPWA .

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with accessibility integrated into CI/CD pipelines .
• Knowledge of multimedia accessibility requirements (captions, transcripts, audio descriptions).
