Access Governance – Technical Business Analyst

Your role

We’re looking for someone like that to help us:

• work with colleagues at all levels to understand business requirements
• elicit, analyze, negotiate, validate and communicate requirements and their impact on different stakeholders
• establishing adequate requirement work products while taking in account quality, effort and timelines
• ensure that requirements are understood within the pod and work closely together with pod members from various areas to develop feasible and economical solutions
• conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis
• gather and validate acceptance criteria for requirements
• document business models, release guides and other end-user documentation

Your team

You’ll be working as part of the Cyber Information Security department within Technology Services. Within CIS, you’ll be part of a global Access Governance team and responsible for developing requirements and solutions for implementation. You will be working following Agile at UBS principles in a pod containing, a product manager, pod lead, technical and quality assurance engineers.

Your expertise

- degree in Computer Science, Management or related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of strong business analysis skills (especially documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements)
- experience in Identity and Access Management is a must
- strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and ability to interact with both the IT and the business stakeholders
- familiar with tools for data analysis and related technology (SQL/DB skills), delivery management tools like confluence and gitlab
– able to multi-task and prioritize incidents & requests accordingly
