Role Description
This is a remote role for an ACCA Faculty member. The faculty will be responsible for delivering engaging ACCA sessions, creating effective teaching plans and developing course materials aligned with curriculum standards. The role also involves resolving queries, conducting assessments, preparing students for exams, mentoring them throughout their learning journey and ensuring progress is tracked efficiently. Active collaboration with the team to innovate and enhance learning methods is also part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of ACCA syllabus and relevant updations.
- Experience in teaching ACCA or similar accounting qualifications especially in a virtual environment or familiarity with virtual learning tools and technologies is considered an advantage.
- ACCA qualified/part qualified candidates can apply.
- The candidate must be comfortable teaching ACCA subjects either fully in English or fully in Malayalam.
- Proficiency in preparing study plans, course content and mock exams while ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners in a virtual environment.
- Passion for education with a student-first approach and a commitment to making learning accessible and affordable.
- A strong work ethic, ability to work independently in a remote setting and adaptability in using innovative teaching strategies.
