Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Upscale Program Coordinator who will

manage academic upskilling initiatives for students and employees. The role involves

coordinating diploma-to-degree and degree-to-masters progression programs, managing

fellowship programs, and maintaining strong collaboration with universities and colleges. The

ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder

management skills.


Key Responsibilities

Upscale & Academic Program Management

Coordinate Upscale programs including Diploma to Degree, Degree to Masters, and

Fellowship Programs for Diploma and Masters candidates.

Ensure smooth execution and tracking of academic progression programs.

Maintain proper documentation and program timelines.


University & College Coordination

Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and colleges.

Act as the single point of contact between academic institutions and internal

stakeholders.

Coordinate admissions, academic requirements, and program updates with partner

institutions.


Student Communication & Semester Coordination


Circulate semester schedules, academic updates, and important information to LK

students.

Support students with program-related queries and coordination requirements.

Ensure timely communication between institutions and students.


Guest & Protocol Management

Coordinate with guest faculty and external academic partners visiting LK facilities.

Manage guest arrangements, protocol handling, and institutional visits.

Ensure smooth coordination between LK facilities and university representatives.


Required Skills

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Experience working with universities, colleges, or academic programs preferred.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
