Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kollam for an Academy Coordinator at PALS. The Academy Coordinator will oversee the daily administrative operations of the academy, manage scheduling and coordination of academic programs, and assist in logistics for training and events. Responsibilities include supporting instructors and students, maintaining records, liaising with industry professionals, and ensuring smooth execution of all logistical and academic activities.
Qualifications

Organizational and coordination skills to manage scheduling, events, and logistics
Administrative expertise and proficiency in maintaining records and reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with instructors, students, and industry stakeholders
Proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Office, for record-keeping and reporting
Ability to work in a team, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic challenges
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in an educational or logistics-related setting is an advantage
