Location: Kozhikode (Residential Campus)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Academic Mentor for our residential program in Kozhikode . This is a hostel-based role , and the selected candidate must stay in the hostel with students and support them academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay in the student hostel and support students in daily routines and discipline.
• Provide academic mentoring and personal guidance to students.
• Monitor academic progress, attendance, and overall student wellbeing.
• Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and parents.
• Maintain student records and basic MIS reports.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (Education or related field preferred).
• Good communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to handle students with patience and empathy.
• Willingness to stay in hostel with students (mandatory).
