We are looking for ahighly organized and proactive Academic Operations Managerto lead and manage the academic operations team responsible for seamless program delivery and student success.

Role Overview

The Academic Operations Manager will oversee theend-to-end execution of our academic programs, ensuring smooth coordination between students, faculty, hospitals, and internal teams. This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and experience in education or training program management.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery & Academic Operations

Manage end-to-end academic program delivery across online and offline formats.

Ensure smooth scheduling and execution of lectures, workshops, and hospital-based training sessions.

Monitor program quality and ensure adherence to academic standards.

Student Management & Support

Oversee student onboarding, engagement, and support processes.

Ensure timely resolution of student queries and operational issues.

Track student progress, attendance, and program completion.

Faculty Coordination

Coordinate with medical faculty and trainers for lectures, workshops, and training sessions.

Manage scheduling, session logistics, and faculty communication.

Ensure faculty are supported with the required resources and technology.

Online Learning Operations

Manage live online sessions, LMS operations, and recorded content delivery.

Ensure smooth conduct of webinars, case discussions, and online academic sessions.

Hospital Training & Practical Programs

Coordinate with partner hospitals and training centers for hands-on programs.

Ensure operational readiness for clinical workshops, observerships, and training sessions.

Team Management

Lead and manage the academic operations team including student coordinators and program executives.

Build SOPs to streamline academic workflows and operational efficiency.

Process & Quality Improvement

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for program execution.

Identify opportunities to improve program quality and student experience.

Requirements

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare, Education Management, Operations, or related field

Experience

36+ years of experience in academic operations, training management, or education program delivery

Experience in EdTech, healthcare training, or professional education is highly preferred

Skills

Strong program management and operational skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Experience managing online learning platforms / webinars

Ability to coordinate with medical professionals and institutions

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
