Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Counselor , you will be responsible for guiding prospective students in selecting suitable certification and degree programs. You will interact with learners to understand their goals and help them choose programs that best fit their aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and chat to counsel them on available online programs offered by IITs, IIMs, and other prestigious institutions.
• Understand the student's professional background, aspirations, and challenges to provide personalised program recommendations.
• Drive sales conversions by effectively handling objections, building rapport, and guiding students through the enrollment process.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive student experience from the first contact to enrollment.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with current campaigns and program offerings.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through disciplined follow-up and relationship management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new programs, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and compelling information.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions in CRM software, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
