Academic Counselor

Role overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Academic counselor to counsel Engineering students . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech sales and be comfortable handling leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
• Counsel engineering students on career opportunities
• Drive enrollments for the course
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales from Edtech/ Education/Finance/ Real estate Industries.
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience in student counseling and lead conversion
• Target-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a structured sales process
