Guide applicants through the application process, documentation, and timelines.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to support decision-making.
Resolve queries effectively and escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
Ensure adherence to admission policies, data privacy, and confidentiality norms.
Stay updated on programmes, admission guidelines, and institutional updates.
