Academic Counselor

About the Role: This is a full-time admissions counselor role at Dr. Anand Mani Residential Coaching located in Greater Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for assisting students with the enrollment process, providing personalized guidance and mentorship, and organizing events to support student engagement and motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students (and/or parents) regarding course offerings, exam preparation strategies, and academic goals.

Understand students learning needs and recommend suitable courses for NEET/JEE preparation.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email to ensure high conversion and satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to enhance user experience and retention.

Requirements:

Good to have 1 to 2 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in NEET/JEE domain.

Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to handle student queries effectively and empathetically.

Familiarity with online education tools/platforms.

Candidate with MBA degree is preferred.

NOTE: This is 6 days (Mon-Sat) completely work from office job. Office is in Greater Noida.
