Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will provide comprehensive guidance to students, including identifying suitable academic programs, assisting with admission processes, and offering personalized academic and career counseling. The role involves frequent one-on-one sessions with students, maintaining effective communication with parents, and working closely with institutions to provide updates and manage applications. The counselor will also stay informed about international education trends to provide relevant advice and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively through their study abroad journey.
• Strong Communication skills to deliver support and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions.
• minimum 1 year Experience in study abroad field
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to address student concerns and challenges with confidence and empathy.
• Proficiency in organizing and managing documentation for university applications and admissions processes.
• Prior knowledge about global study programs or international education systems is an advantage.
