Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counsellor (International Process) with excellent US-accent communication skills. The role involves interacting with international prospects, guiding them on educational programs, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and follow up via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective international students (primarily US market)
• Deliver engaging and informative online counselling sessions and demos
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable academic programs
• Build strong rapport using neutral/US accent communication
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Report weekly performance metrics to the manager

Eligibility Criteria

• 24 years of experience in:
• Admission Counselling
• Inside Sales / B2C Sales / International Sales
• Mandatory: Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US accent
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Confident, soft-spoken, and target-oriented mindset
