Role Overview

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring learners looking to build careers in Data Science, AI, and Analytics. You will mentor and guide them in choosing the right learning path aligned with their background and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel working professionals and graduates on career opportunities in Data Science, AI & Analytics
• Understand candidate profiles and recommend suitable programs
• Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand career aspirations and provide structured guidance
• Sales-oriented mindset with a consultative approach
• Basic understanding of IT / Data Science domain (preferred)
• Self-driven and target-focused
