As an Academic Counsellor (Night Shift), you will guide aspiring learnersprimarily from international marketstoward the right AI and Data Science programs aligned with their career goals.

• Counsel prospective students via calls, chats, and virtual meetings
• Understand their background and recommend suitable programs
• Handle inbound and outbound international leads
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Provide structured career guidance with a consultative approach

• Willingness to work in night shifts (supporting international time zones)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Prior experience in counselling / sales / EdTech preferred
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Basic understanding of Data Science / IT domain is an added advantage
