We're seeking passionate career counsellor who will introduce students to our online courses. As a Career Counsellor, you will be a guiding force, assisting students in realizing their aspirations. Your role goes beyond enrolment you'll actively support them throughout their journey, fostering their well-being, and making their educational path smoother and more accessible. Responsibilities

Engage with potential students, identify their key pain points and create personalized growth journeys for every student to help them enroll in the course to meet their career objectives.

Follow up after the enrollments to ensure student satisfaction.

Stay on top of market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the counselling team to come up with new growth strategies.

Use CRM to track leads and manage pipelines daily tasks.

Qualification Criteria

Excellent English verbal communication skills.

Strong Problem solving skills.

Ability to work within deadlines

Job Types:

Full-time, Fresher

Salary:

20,000 - 30,000 Per Month

Day range:

• Monday to Friday (Onsite)
• Saturday (Work From Home)

Ability to commute/relocate:

New Delhi, reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
