Xylem Learning is growing, and were looking for enthusiastic, student-focused Academic Counsellors to guide aspiring learners and drive enrolments across our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents via inbound & outbound calls
• Identify academic needs and recommend suitable Xylem programs
• Present and promote course offerings with clarity and confidence
• Build strong rapport to support students in making informed decisions
• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrolment and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up logs
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams
• Share insights to improve conversions and enhance overall student experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• 02 years of experience in counselling/sales (education sector preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Goal-driven, proactive, and relationship-oriented
• Proficiency in Malayalam preferred; good English communication is an advantage
