Hiring: Academic Counselor / Student Success Executive
We are looking for dynamic professionals who are passionate about guiding students and driving enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective students
- Provide academic counselling & recommend suitable courses
- Follow up with leads and manage CRM records
- Support existing students & resolve queries
- Drive retention, collect feedback & identify upselling opportunities
- Share daily reports and participate in training initiatives
Requirements
- Fluent in Hindi & English
- Knowledge of tele-calling tools, CRM & Google Sheets
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Student-first mindset & positive attitude
