At SARAS AI Institute, were not just building another edtech product were creating the worlds first U.S.-approved, online, AI-exclusive degree-granting institution. Alongside our digital growth engine, we need a field hustler who can take SARAS into the real world: forging partnerships with corporates, HR/L&D leaders, and training networks to deliver student signups at scale.


What Youll Do;


  • Own B2B2C Signups: Drive bulk enrolments through universities, corporates, and training partners.
  • University Partnerships: Launch and scale tie-ups with colleges, ensuring conversion into degree programs.
  • Channel Partner Development: Build and manage partnerships with TPOs, influencers, and training networks for repeat student inflow.
  • Ground Activation: Represent SARAS at events, seminars, HR conclaves, and campus engagements to generate leads.
  • Revenue Accountability: Ensure every partnership ties back to measurable signups with disciplined CAC.


Who You Are;


  • 812 years of experience in higher-ed partnerships, edtech sales, or B2B growth roles.
  • Strong network among universities and training networks in India (global exposure is a plus).
  • A proven closer skilled at pitching, negotiating, and delivering volume-based signups.
  • Metrics-driven: not just signing MoUs, but ensuring real student enrolments.
  • A natural relationship-builder who thrives in field sales, events, and partnership ecosystems.
