About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Academy Counselor to join WTF Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into enrollments for WTF Academys certification programs by guiding prospective students and helping them choose the right career path in the fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and website leads

Counsel prospective students on course offerings, certifications, and career opportunities

Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture leads until enrollment

Achieve daily and weekly enrollment targets

Maintain and update CRM with lead status and interaction notes

Coordinate with the operations team for batch scheduling

Handle objections professionally and close enrollments effectively

Must-Have Skills

13 years of experience in Tele-Sales / Inside Sales / Admission Counseling

Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or coaching centers preferred

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

Target-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skills

Good telephone etiquette and sales approach

Good to Have

Basic understanding of the fitness industry

Experience using CRM tools

Prior experience in student counseling or career guidance

Preferred Industry Background
