Were Hiring: Academic Counsellor | Full-Time (Freshers Welcome!)

Xylem Learning is growing! Were looking for enthusiastic, result-driven Student Counsellors to guide learners and drive enrolments for our expanding academic programs.
What Youll Do
- Engage with prospective students/parents via inbound & outbound calls
- Assess academic needs and recommend the right Xylem programs
- Present and promote course offerings with confidence
- Build strong relationships with students & families
- Achieve monthly/quarterly enrolment & revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with academic, marketing & operations teams
- Share feedback to enhance conversions & student experience
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree (any discipline)
- 02 years of experience in counselling/sales (education sector is a plus)
- Target-driven mindset with strong persuasion & communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and relationship-focused
- Malayalam proficiency preferred; English communication desirable
