AC Technician

·         Maintain all installation related to Air Conditioning Chiller Plants, cooling towers, AHU, FCU, VRV, Pumps, DX System, Mortuary, HI- Wall Units, Refrigerators

·         Handle all HVAC related complaints & close as per TAT

·         Assist other department as and when required

·         Look after all HVAC installations, PM schedules, regular floor rounds and take energy conservation initiatives within hospital

·         Diagnose service issues, calibration system as per recommendation

·         Maintain all plant related logbooks, stock inventory & material consumption

·         Follow all instructions of superiors

·         Assist at the time of emergency code activation.
