We are seeking an India-based ABM Analyst to support the execution of our global account-based marketing (ABM) programs. This is a tactical, hands-on role responsible for building account audiences, driving campaigns across platforms, and supporting performance reporting.You will work closely with our ABM Manager to bring 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many campaigns to life through platforms including 6sense. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in ABM, marketing operations, or RevOps by owning the day-to-day mechanics of high-impact marketing.

What You'll Do:


Support execution of global ABM campaigns by building and QAing account audiences in 6sense
Activate segments and journeys in Adobe Real-Time CDP, ensuring proper alignment with campaign targeting and CRM audiences
Complete campaigns across Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, and paid media channels in collaboration with partner teams
Own campaign QA including audience logic, suppression, field mapping, and tracking parameters
Maintain campaign documentation, briefs, audience definitions, and executional calendars
Pull campaign performance metrics and assist with weekly performance dashboards
Monitor campaigns in-flight and raise flags on any audience, tracking, or performance issues

What We're Looking For:


2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or ABM support, ideally in a global or B2B setting
Hands-on experience with 6sense — audience building, segment logic, campaign QA
Familiarity with Adobe Real-Time CDP and its use in campaign activation or audience orchestration
Experience with Marketo and Salesforce preferred
Strong attention to detail — capable of handling multiple campaigns with high accuracy
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data QA
Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Prior experience driving campaigns for global enterprise or commercial sales teams
Exposure to marketing attribution models, lead lifecycle reporting, or pipeline analytics
Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
