TCS is looking for Ab-initio developer

Experience: 8-12 years

Location: Chennai / Kolkata

Must have skills:

• 8-12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in development AbInitio and in a volume intensive data environment preferably in telecom industry.
• Good knowledge in GDE, MDH, PDL, Metaprogramming concepts, Continuous concepts, pipeline concepts, parallelism concepts, performance improvement.
• GCP knowledge will be added advantage
• Knowledge on Unix Shell scripting is must and Python will be an added advantage.
• Experience with schedulers tools like control-m.
• Experience in automation of failure handling.
• Good understanding of database concepts like partitioning, stored procedures, function
• Experience in all aspects of production support concepts
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical ability and the ability to work effectively with systems technical staff and business users.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Good to have skills

• Exposure to AI tools like Gemini
• Exposure to cloud platforms like GCP
• Certification in respective area of expertise.
• Good aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
