Who you are:

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for responsibility, design freedom and the zeal to visualize amazing spaces that revolutionize the definition of workspace. The role includes creating photorealistic renders and walkthroughs (animations) for Workspaces and Back-to-Back Pitches. We are looking for a 3D Visualizer who can polish our pitch decks with stunning visuals.

Were looking for someone:

3D Modeling & Rendering:Create detailed, photo-realistic 3D models and renderings of interior and exterior spaces, incorporating accurate materials, textures, and lighting.

• Design Collaboration:Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and clients to interpret design concepts and translate them into visual representations.
• Production of Visual Assets:Produce, edit, and render 3D images, walk-through animations, and interactive presentations for marketing materials.
• Refinement & Editing:Revise and improve models based on client feedback to ensure the final output aligns with project specifications.
• Technical Optimization:Utilize specialized software (e.g., 3ds Max, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop) to optimize rendering speed and quality.
• Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines, and maintaining a library of 3D assets.
• Research & Development:Stay updated with the latest 3D software, trends, and techniques to maintain high-quality standards.

Required Skills

• Software Proficiency:3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, SketchUp, AutoCAD, D5, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Attention to Detail:Ability to accurately represent architectural and design elements.
• Creativity & Visualization:Strong artistic vision to turn 2D plans into compelling, realistic imagery.
• Communication:Ability to understand design intent and incorporate feedback.
• Ambitious, out-of-the-box thinker, team player and adaptable personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.
• Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a can-do attitude but open to feedback.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture from an accredited school.
