Studio Swap LLP is currently looking to hire a full-time, in-office 3D Visualiser to join our team.

Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office Only)

About the Role:

As a 3D Visualiser at Studio Swap, you will play a key role in translating our design concepts into high-quality, photorealistic visual representations. You will work closely with our design and execution teams to create compelling visuals for luxury residential, hospitality, and architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models and photorealistic renders for interior and architectural projects
• Interpret design briefs, mood boards, CAD drawings, and material palettes accurately
• Create lighting, texturing, and compositions that align with the projects design intent
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to refine visuals as per client feedback
• Produce walkthroughs/animations when required
• Maintain consistency in quality, detailing, and timelines across multiple projects

Software Skills Required:

• Proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, Lumion, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and rendering techniques
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop for post-production
