Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and design-oriented 3D Modeller / Visualiser to join our design nucleus. The role focuses on translating architectural ideas into compelling spatial models and visual narratives.

This position is centered on early-stage design exploration and concept communication, supporting the studios design thinking through high-quality visualization rather than project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and expressive 3D models that translate architectural concepts into spatial and formal clarity.
• Produce high-quality visualizations and renderings that communicate design intent, atmosphere, and narrative.
• Support early-stage design explorations through massing studies, form iterations, and rapid visualization outputs.
• Collaborate closely with the design nucleus to refine geometry, materials, lighting, and composition in line with the studios design language.
• Create concept-driven views including perspectives, axonometrics, diagrams, and cinematic frames for internal reviews and presentations.
• Continuously refine visualization workflows, tools, and standards to balance design experimentation with visual quality.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a design-focused studio environment.
